Product description

Steel grating is a type of steel product consisting of load-bearing flat steel and horizontal bars arranged in a cross pattern at a certain distance, and fixed with a square grid in the middle by welding or locking. Its crossbar is usually made of twisted square steel, round steel, or flat steel, and the material is divided into carbon steel and stainless steel. Steel grating has properties such as ventilation, lighting, heat dissipation, anti slip, and explosion-proof, and can be treated for corrosion through processes such as hot-dip galvanizing or painting on the surface to prevent oxidation and increase service life.
Machine pressure welding Grating uses a high-voltage resistance pressure welding machine, and the robotic arm automatically places the crossbar horizontally on a uniformly arranged flat steel. Through powerful welding power and hydraulic pressure, the crossbar is pressed into the flat steel to obtain high-quality steel grating with strong welding points, stability, and high strength.
Handmade steel Grating is punched on the flat steel first, and then the cross bar is put into the hole for spot welding. There will be gaps between the cross bar and the flat steel, but each contact point can be welded to achieve the same melting connection between the flat steel and Fried Dough Twists steel. Therefore, the welding will be more solid, and the strength will be improved, but the appearance is not as beautiful as pressure welding.
Insertion steel grating also known as butt in steel grating, is made of regular carbon flat steel, stainless steel, brass plate, aluminum plate of a certain size through processes such as slotting (holes), insertion and butt insertion, welding, and finishing. The insertion grating covers the characteristics of ordinary steel grating, such as high strength, corrosion resistance, and maintenance free. It also has unique characteristics of uniform and precise combination, lightweight and exquisite structure, natural harmony, and elegant style.
